The popularity of streaming has allowed many people to create and connect with communities online. But the constant outward energy of being online can have a significant impact on the streamer's personal ecosystem - their breath, mind, and body.
Yoga for streamers is a 4 week series designed to bring you back into your breath, and your body. It's time for you to slow down, and turn your energy inward.
These practices will include breathing exercises, gentle movements, standing postures, and meditation.
This will be a standing & seated series. You do not need to be able to make it up and down from the floor to attend.
These classes will occur over zoom, which is a free service. If you are on Discord, zoom will be an easy adoption for you - without the need to join 'yet another discord server'.
Every Thursday in August at 12pm (edt)
