The popularity of streaming has allowed many people to create and connect with communities online. But the constant outward energy of being online can have a significant impact on the streamer's personal ecosystem - their breath, mind, and body.


Yoga for streamers is a 4 week series designed to bring you back into your breath, and your body. It's time for you to slow down, and turn your energy inward.


These practices will include breathing exercises, gentle movements, standing postures, and meditation. 

This will be a standing & seated series. You do not need to be able to make it up and down from the floor to attend.


These classes will occur over zoom, which is a free service. If you are on Discord, zoom will be an easy adoption for you - without the need to join 'yet another discord server'.


Every Thursday in August at 12pm (edt)

Knees

Our knees literally carry us through life. These hinge joints bend and unbend our legs, making things like walking, running, and climbing stairs possible. 


When mobility here is limited, you might start to notice it ripple outward; into your posture, your balance, and your overall sense of stability.

The knees don’t work in isolation. They’re impacted by what’s happening above them (in the hips) and below them (in the ankles). So when the knees aren’t moving well, the whole system has to adapt.


In this 4-week series, we’ll use body awareness, traditional Hatha yoga postures, and targeted mobility work to support the entire knee system. Simple and intentional practices designed to help you build strength, move with more ease, and feel steady and confident in your body.

From Ground to Crown

Everything in our lives that requires movement is impacted by our mobility, so isn't it awesome that mobility is something we can be proactive about?!


This 8 week full body Hatha and mobility series thoughtfully incorporates traditional Hatha yoga, and modern mobility techniques. Designed as both an entry point to practice, and as a compliment to existing movement practices, and mobility work.


Beginning with the feet, each 90 minute session will focus on a different area of the body as we work our way up to the head. This series is designed to improve endurance, stability, strength and body awareness so that you can deepen your connection to self, and move through life with a greater sense of ease.
