One on One

There are times in our life when we may notice that we've somehow, at some time, disconnected from who we really are. We might stop feeling into our body - unless it's in discomfort. It's important when we notice this has happened to come back to ourselves. 


The sessions are a private experience in slowing down and being seen. In this judgment free space you can receive support and guidance that has been tailored to you and your life. So you can begin your journey back to your self.



Every session is always tailored to your individual needs and could include:

  • Personalized yoga postures and movements that can be added to your home practice.
  • Breathwork and meditation practices for stress, anxiety, grief, and more.
  • Nervous system regulation practices.
